Hprobe is hiring a Director for Sales & Marketing taking care of the overall business development as Hprobe joins Mycronic to strengthen leadership in magnetic device testing.

Job Description:

Hprobe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive their growth and expand their market presence. With over 7 years of experience in the microelectronics industry, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with international corporations and semiconductor companies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market studies and identify new product/service proposals.
• Evaluate and build strategy to address new market segment and opportunities.
• Leverage your existing network within the semiconductor industry to drive business growth.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and confidence.
• Actively participate in industry conferences and engage with new prospects.
• Collaborate closely with our R&D team to bring innovative solutions to market.
• Achieve set KPIs related to bookings, billings, and new prospect engagement.
• Travel up to 30% of the time across the US, Europe, and Asia to meet with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in electronics or a related field.
Proven track record in business development with international corporations.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative and curious mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Experience with market study tools and active online engagement strategies.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
