Starting in 2012, from unmet needs expressed by major players in microelectronics, I-TEN has developed a new generation of miniature multi-layered solid state Li-ion batteries, 100x more efficient than current standard solutions. This proprietary technology is the output of several innovations at the boundaries between various fields of advanced physics and chemistry. I-TEN microbattery is a great alternative to bulky coin cells or other non-eco-friendly sources of energy.

The market is ripe for our disruptive technology. Given the size of this market which reaches several billions of euros worldwide, I-TEN has estimated its sales to €90M by 2021. To sustain this ambitious vision, I-TEN has adopted a similarly ambitious development strategy and develops its own in-house production facility.
