ADMIR
About
ADMIR develops active lensless multispectral imaging in the mid-infrared. It enables precise and efficient identification of molecules of interest without markers, reagents or chemical staining. Proprietary Deep Learning algorithms provide maps of biochemical bonds in biological samples in less than a minute / few cm².
Our application is pathological anatomy and cytology (PCA). In over 95% of cancers, the diagnosis must be made through PCR before any treatment. Given the continuing increase in the number of cancers, the decline in the number of professionals and the expectations placed on artificial intelligence, PCA is beginning a process of digitization. In this context, ADMIR offers several technological breakthroughs and conceptual innovations in a single compact device, unrivalled on the PCA digitization market: digital HE staining using infrared spectroscopy and artificial intelligence to emulate staining, lens-free optical architecture for image quality and scanning speed, and the combination of morphological and biochemical (spectrometric) data on the same image providing additional metabolic data.
Our system is simple, efficient, data-saving and environmentally friendly, limiting the consumption of water and chemical reagents. It saves over 30% on operational costs and drastically reduces analysis time.
