Jérôme DEGRYSE, tell us a bit about BH Technologies:

JD : "BH Technologies was founded in 1998. We innovate solutions that can cut energy consumption in half. Our original line of business was public lighting. In 2006 we set up our environmental division to offer waste-collection services. Today, the company offers connected, open-source applications that support multi-stakeholder management of urban services. Our objectives are greater efficiency, longer equipment lifespans, lower CO2 emissions, and major energy savings. Our simple, sustainable solutions are developed to respond to operational constraints for a virtuous circle that will lead to even greater benefits."

What made you decide to join Minalogic?

JD  : " The collaborative R&D projects and the chance to belong to a network, get targeted advice, and raise our profile. We wanted to be connected to the innovation ecosystem and the cluster’s capacity to drive innovation." 

What collaborative R&D projects are you involved in?

JD  : "The Senscity project, which leverages LPWAN-type radio network technology. The project, in partnership with Orange Labs, helped us to develop our REDIN product (a system to incentivize selective sorting)."

JD  : "We are seeking technologies that can be integrated into Smart City solutions."
