Cécile joined Minalogic in December 2024, taking up the position of European Project Manager for MinaSmart, after more than 10 years' experience in international cooperation and the management of European and international projects. She brings valuable expertise to support businesses in our region.
A wide international experience
Cécile speaks 5 languages and has lived and worked in Italy, Taiwan, Costa Rica and Brazil, before returning to France. She started her career in translation and language teaching, and followed in communications and diplomacy support within various structures of the Brazilian and French administrations in Brazil.
On her return to France, she continued her career in education and training by supporting student mobility at Sciences Po Lyon, before coordinating Erasmus+ projects for the French Red Cross, where she managed international mobility and European partnerships for five campuses. She then broadened her responsibilities as Head of European projects at the SEPR school, where she steered transnational consortia and optimised project management processes, including the MOSAIC project, a €4 million-funded Centre of Professional Excellence for arts and crafts. Since 2019, Cécile has also been an external evaluator for the Erasmus+ France Agency, analysing educational projects according to European Commission criteria.
Her expertise also includes evaluation, strategic planning, and international network coordination. Her versatility and leadership are reflected in her key missions, which include leading cross-functional teams, financial management and the promotion of innovation in education and training.
Supporting the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region's businesses through MinaSmart
MinaSmart is an ambitious initiative involving a 13-member consortium of clusters and research centres specialising in digital technologies. The programme aims to support companies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region as they embrace three key themes: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and high-performance computing.
As European Project Manager for MinaSmart, Cécile is responsible for steering the project. Her work at MinaSmart includes :
- leading the consortium and mobilising partners to ensure effective collaboration,
- monitoring performance indicators and producing reports,
- supporting the region's businesses to enable them to make the most of the project's key themes,
- setting up new related projects and drafting proposals.
A vision for the future
With her expertise and commitment, Cécile will play a central role in ensuring the continuity and success of MinaSmart, right up to the end of its first edition in 2026, and beyond. She will help strengthen European cooperation while supporting regional players in their development and competitiveness in the digital sector.
