Our partners throughout Europe
The Minalogic European team builds trusted partnerships and engages with key lobby networks in Europe to enhance the visibility and opportunities of its ecosystem:
- alliances with technology clusters and institutions, to share best practices and defend our common interests together;
- links with application clusters and strategic partners, to facilitate networking, collaborative R&D and business development for our members;
- a presence in the most relevant networks of influence for the technologies and themes covered by the cluster and linked to European innovation programmes.
Launched in October 2015 and comprising 13 European clusters and more than 2,500 members, the Silicon Europe Alliance aims to play a key role in the development of the European microelectronics industry. Together, these clusters represent and support the most significant European ecosystems across the European microelectronics and semiconductor value chain.
The alliance partners have developed a relationship of trust over the years, resulting in the implementation of concrete actions for their members, including:
International and business development
- organisation of Open Innovation Days (Thales, Boston Scientific, STMicroelectronics),
- organisation of and participation in strategic events to bring together players of the sector across Europe:
- Minalogic Business Meetings in France,
- Silicon Saxony Day in Germany,
- EBSCON in Austria,
- promotion of European clusters and companies on the international stage (SEMICON Taiwan, SEMICON Europa, New York State trade shows),
Lobbying and visibility
- exchanges and representation in European forums in connection with:
- DG GROW (Enterprise) for European cluster policy,
- DG CONNECT and Chips JU for microelectronics and semiconductors,
European projects: a strong commitment to innovation and competitiveness
Thanks to joint European projects with members of the Silicon Europe Alliance, Minalogic can provide enhanced support to its members in the following areas:
- technological development: project funding through Silicon Eurocluster,
- sustainable development: funding for studies through Silicon Eurocluster,
- competence development in Asteerics.
